As a college athlete, I was always under the impression that a healthy workout need to be at least an hour and a half. But with power 20, I realized that 50 to 65% of the weight lifts I do at school is overemphasized recovery time that turns into gym talk (which I love, but is not necessary for a workout).
Over winter break with no practice, Ive relied on power 20 and it has been amazing!
