This is my go to app. Its a quick workout at your level and it progresses with you. Its just tough enough to give you a challenge and make you feel accomplished.
I am a therapist and I recommend this to all of my clients just so they do something to get them moving daily. I also use this work out daily to get my blood pumping. GREAT APP!!
All I know is it kicks my butt!

Posted an earlier review that workouts wouldnt open for me, but I had to minimize it down to 1x first, then it worked and I could enlarge to 2x from there. The workouts are great! Target all body parts and major muscle groups as well as cardio. Did the 20 push up gym workout and am sweating like crazy! Great app for. Vacations and in small spaces.
This is an outstanding program. It adjusts to your level and then allows you to progress to harder workouts. No equipment needed. 5 stars!!!
Awesome app to workout away from home or gym. I travel a lot with my work and its hard sometimes to stay motivated when you dont have a trainer with you. That app does the job really well
I like this app for a quick, effective workout. Pluses are it tells you how many reps to aim for, has a clock timing you for each exercise, and bases the workout on how many push-ups you can do which is a great indicator of your fitness level. I love to switch up my workout and this app is one of my faves!
Great workout for when youre out if town. Quick 20 before you get ready for work in the morning. No equipment needed. Will pair this with 20 minutes of cardio and call it good.
Great at home exercise program , no equipment needed, but would be so much better to hear the trainer counting the reps and giving words of encouragement, No music or sound during exercise
Having someone (albeit virtual cartoon girl) doing every rep with you really keeps you on track. You dont have to worry that youre not keeping the right pace or have correct form, the app does that for you. I was not expecting to break such a sweat, I feel like I worked every part of my body! Love it and will definitely continue to use it to get my beach body!
Im a new mom and dont have time or equipment to work out. This app pushed me to keep going, got me sweating (buckets), and all while baby slept. Love that I can use my own music and that the alarm lets me know when to start and stop an exercise. If youre pressed for time and need someone to keep you moving, this is a great choice!

Love the app, been using it since it came out. First I didnt think it would me a big difference, but then I got hooked to get to the next level. Now highly recommending it to everybody looking to exercise more.
Easy to use and very effective!
As a college athlete, I was always under the impression that a healthy workout need to be at least an hour and a half. But with power 20, I realized that 50 to 65% of the weight lifts I do at school is overemphasized recovery time that turns into gym talk (which I love, but is not necessary for a workout). Over winter break with no practice, Ive relied on power 20 and it has been amazing!
Perfect for when you have a new baby at home and cant get to the gym!
Ill be using this app for a long time!
