Nice!

Its great that its unobtrusive in the way it preps and cues you through. It might be tough to use with music bc its not very loud. Youd have to watch carefully, which gets tougher when youre further into the workout--or wanting to push to your limit. Still--decent app!

No equipment required!

This was a great workout! Normally I wouldnt do as many reps, but this kept me motivated to beat the clock.

Delivers what it promises...

As another user mentioned...it could be louder...but other than that its a great app with awesome variety. I like that its longer than 7 min without repeating the same routine.

Awesome gym substitute!

I love the variety, and based on push-ups this app can push you perfectly. The only reason I give 4 stars is I wish there was a spot on the screen where you could see how much time or exercises you have left. Overall great!

Good workout and good pace

Its a quick 20 minutes and a good way to raise your heart rate. Nice variety and easy to follow.

Short and sweaty

This is a great workout in 20 minutes. Its efficient and effective, providing cardio and muscle building simultaneously. As a business traveler this is also really helpful since I can do it anywhere without any special gear.

Unlocking

The workouts go faster that I thought. Its over and move on. Do another workout or get on with your day!! I love unlocking more workouts, some motivation. There is no music or voice which is fine with me. You can put on your own music no problem.

Amazing results!

Power 20 is my main workout routine given my crazy work schedule. Ive seen results in 20 days: more toned abs, arms, and legs; better nights sleep; and greater levels of endurance. Power 20 claims to burn the equivalent of a three mile run, and I believe it! Cant wait to see the results the next 20 days!

Not that athletic

Im not very athletic and dont naturally love going to the gym. But power 20 is so fun and can be tailored to different levels. Its very simple but definitely makes you sweat.

Workouts can be done at different levels and be challenging. Always aim for exercise target reps. :) No exercise equipment, besides a chair or a wall occasionally needed. Balanced full body exercises working, strength, balance, muscular endurance and core. Very good app to use in conjunction with your regular cardio and stretching routines. Yes, stretching exercises are not part of the routine, neither do they need to be.

Great for fitness on the go

This would be great if a calorie counter and audible commands were incorporated. No equipment necessary. Great for fitness on the go!

I travel a lot, dont often have time to workout or have a gym membership. Power20 is a great app to help me stay fit at home or on the road.

It gets me to workout, no excuses now!

Simple interface that doesnt get in the way of your workout. You can do this anywhere even I a hotel room while traveling. Mmi more excuses to skip workout. Wish list: - get rid of the annoying email subscription! Im already on your list and it pops up everytime!! - it would be awesome if the app could shout the exercise name and counts to set the rhythm as well without having to look at the phone across the room. - where is the dashboard guys, tell me my progress. How did you forget to add that feature. Add these and I will do an extra push up just for you guys everyday :) Thanks for getting me back in shape.

Great app

This is a great app! I love to use this when short on time or on the road. I can do this workout without gym equipment and really work up a sweat!!!
