Effective and Efficient

Enjoy the exercises, the ability to adjust intensity and "environment." Timer makes it easy to focus on performing reps without wondering when its time to switch to next exercise. The demo exercises offer a bit of recovery time and clearly show you what to do.

Good and Tough

The pictures made me think it was an app for females. But the workouts are tough for this he-man. I enjoy it almost every morning to get my system awake and ready for the day.

Great workout!!

You can listen to your own tunes while it displays exercises. You can do this anywhere and it can be as easy or tough as you want it!! Best app Ive found yet :)

Not enough

Not enough variety for the $$ you have to pay. Only 6 workouts and then ask for more $$$

Traveling Warrior

I have been working out for around 30 years. I have been traveling a lot for the same amount of time. Never has it been easier to combine the two! I always managed to get my cardio in, easypeasy since theres the great outdoors everywhere you go but the strength workouts werent as easy as oftentimes my brain is too jet lagged to come up with creative options my body actually wants to do. Now I just do one or two of the 20 mins workouts and it feels great and even for an exercise aficionado like me they are challenging and fun enough to make me want to really DO them :-) So great tool and you have made my traveling days a little lighter too!

Awesome in home workout

This is a great full body workout. It doesnt take too much time away from your busy day. You will definitely sweat and burn calories.

I only have 20 minutes in the morning to get a workout in…and Im always so bored with doing the same exercise. This app is hands down the best workout app Ive come across. Its just simple to use and keeps you moving without being annoying or bossy. Love that I can listen to my own music while following along. Best way to start the day!

Can I say congratulations to the maker! App is convenient, colorfully well made and sometimes I dont have to leave my house if I dont feel that day should be a gym day!! Great indeed!!

Fitness Instructor wife approved

My wife got her fitness instructor license because she thought the substitute teachers went too easy on her. Hopefully that gives some context to the strength of her endorsement for this app. I hate working out and this app almost makes me not want to throw the iPhone through a wall. Thank you.
