I have been working out for around 30 years.
I have been traveling a lot for the same amount of time.
Never has it been easier to combine the two! I always managed to get my cardio in, easypeasy since theres the great outdoors everywhere you go but the strength workouts werent as easy as oftentimes my brain is too jet lagged to come up with creative options my body actually wants to do. Now I just do one or two of the 20 mins workouts and it feels great and even for an exercise aficionado like me they are challenging and fun enough to make me want to really DO them :-)
So great tool and you have made my traveling days a little lighter too!
